These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DanyTech Cloud (the “Service”) provided by DanyTech Cloud. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our platform. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

a. Application: Refers to the product or service built by you using DanyTech Cloud.
b. Content: Encompasses all information, including data files, text, software, music, audio files, sounds, photographs, videos, or other images accessible through the Service.
c. Customer: Denotes the individual or company utilizing the Service provided by DanyTech Cloud.
d. Customer Data: Signifies the data entered into the Service by the Data Controller.
e. Data Controller: Represents the entity determining the purposes and means of processing personal data.
f. Data Processor: Stands for the entity processing personal data on behalf of the Data Controller.
g. GDPR: Refers to Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
h. Personal Data: Encompasses any Customer Data relating to an identified or identifiable individual, protected as Personal Data under applicable Data Protection Laws.
i. Processing or Data Processing: Involves any operation performed on Personal Data, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure, transmission, dissemination, alignment, combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
j. Security Incident: Denotes any unauthorized or unlawful breach of security resulting in, or reasonably believed to have led to, the unauthorized or accidental destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, or access to Personal Data.
k. Service or Service Offering: Represents the service provided by DanyTech Cloud forming the basis of the contract.
l. Subprocessor: Refers to a third-party Data Processor engaged by the Data Processor, having or potentially having access to or processing the Data Controller’s Data under this agreement for the provision of Services.
m. Terms: Signify the Terms of Service for the Service Offering.
